The APA is an independent organization that was designed to support and promote ACCESS. It operates under its own bylaws and has its own officers and members. The membership fee is $10 per year. Members vote on how the organization uses its money. Attending meetings also gives parents an opportunity to find out about programs and opportunities for students. This group unites parents and gives them the best opportunity to get involved with the school. The group meets several times a year.
